No mother or baby should face crisis alone. We are here to provide the safety, dignity, and support you need to rebuild your life with hope and confidence.
Our organisation was founded with a deep commitment to ensure that no mother or baby is left to face homelessness, crisis, abandonment, or isolation alone.
We are dedicated to creating a safe and empowering environment where vulnerable mothers can access emotional support, practical guidance, and essential resources. Through care, advocacy, and early intervention, we aim to help you move from instability toward healing, independence, and a brighter future.
Our centres and online communities are non-judgemental spaces where mothers can speak freely and breathe.
We address mental health, housing, finances, legal rights, and childcare — because wellbeing isn't just one thing.
Many of our advocates are single mothers themselves. They understand your journey because they've lived it.
Through professional networking, we can help single parents with a wide range of support, including housing services, healthcare professionals, mental health support services, schools, childcare providers, employment, training services, food banks, financial advice services, and community outreach programmes.
Our programmes are designed to offer holistic, compassionate assistance to mothers and babies in need.
Antenatal, labour and postnatal emotional support is available.
At Vee'z Helping Hand, we understand that pregnancy and childbirth can feel overwhelming, especially for young mothers who may not have the emotional support, guidance, or trusted people around them during such an important moment in their lives. Every young woman deserves to feel supported, safe, and empowered when bringing life into the world.
Our Emotional Birth Partner Support service is designed to ensure that no young woman has to face labour and birth alone. Comfort is at the centre of everything we do, we can provide compassionate emotional support throughout labour and birth for those who do not have a birth partner available.
Our role is not to replace medical professionals or family members, but to offer reassurance, encouragement, calm presence, and emotional comfort during one of the most vulnerable and life-changing experiences a woman can go through. We aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where young mothers feel heard, respected, valued, and emotionally cared for.
Emotional birth partner support is only provided with the full consent and agreement of the young mother, ensuring her wishes, boundaries, and comfort are always respected.
Reaching out takes courage. We'll meet you wherever you are — no judgement, no waiting lists for initial contact.
